PIP legal advice: phone numbers and in-person advice hours
The National Labour Inspectorate (Państwowa Inspekcja Pracy) gives free labour law advice by phone, in person at inspectorates and branches, and in writing. Below are the numbers and hours given on PIP websites.
PIP advice is given in Polish. Advice in Ukrainian concerns the legality of employment of Ukrainian citizens (numbers below).
Advice by phone
- Labour law advice, Chief Labour Inspectorate: 801 002 006 (from landlines), 459 599 000 (from mobiles). Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-15:00. According to the PIP, the cost of the call depends on your operator and is also charged for waiting time.
- Advice by phone from the OIP in Łódź: 801 002 419 (from landlines), 459 595 419 (from mobiles). Hours: Monday and Wednesday 9:00-15:00 (according to the website of the OIP in Łódź)
The website of the OIP in Łódź describes this line as health and safety advice on Mondays and Wednesdays. The websites of several other OIPs describe it as labour law advice from Monday to Friday.
