What matters it handles
- complaints about an employer (according to the PIP, you can also file them at a branch)
- free legal advice, if the branch offers it (hours above)
How to prepare a visit or a letter
- Sign the letter. According to the PIP, a complaint should include your full name, address, the employer's name and address, and a description of the matter. A scan of a signed letter sent by e-mail does not meet the requirements; the file must be signed with a trusted, personal or qualified signature.
- Prepare copies of the documents you have: contract, payslips, messages, a record of your working hours.
- Before your visit, check the advice hours and call if the source website does not give them.
