Contact and reporting outdated data

Write to us if you notice:

• an outdated telephone number, address or opening hours of an office,
• an error in a guide, generator or calculator,
• a broken link or a problem with the accessibility of the site.

When reporting outdated data, give the address of the page on our site and, if you can, the address of the official PIP page with the correct information. The page of each office has a "Report outdated data" link, which fills in the subject of the message.

What we cannot handle

We are not the National Labour Inspectorate (Państwowa Inspekcja Pracy, PIP). Complaints sent to us will not reach an inspectorate. File your complaint directly with the District Labour Inspectorate (okręgowy inspektorat pracy, OIP): find the competent inspectorate.

We do not give legal advice in individual cases. Free labour law advice is provided by the PIP: telephone numbers and advice hours.

Do not send us data we do not need in your message, e.g. your PESEL number, the text of your contract or payroll documents.
