How to prepare a visit or a letter

  1. Sign the letter. According to the PIP, a complaint should include your full name, address, the employer's name and address, and a description of the matter. A scan of a signed letter sent by e-mail does not meet the requirements; the file must be signed with a trusted, personal or qualified signature.
  2. Prepare copies of the documents you have: contract, payslips, messages, a record of your working hours.
  3. Before your visit, check the advice hours and call if the source website does not give them.
