Where to file a complaint about an employer from lubuskie voivodeship

According to the PIP, a complaint goes to the District Labour Inspectorate or branch competent for the employer's registered office. The OIP in Zielona Góra covers the whole of lubuskie voivodeship (M.P. 2007 item 1006).
