Termination of an employment contract by mutual agreement: request and agreement generator
A mutual agreement lets you end the contract on any agreed day, without a notice period. The generator prepares an employee's request or a ready-to-sign agreement. Note the consequences for unemployment benefit and severance pay.

The form and tips are translated, but we generate the letter in Polish. Write your description of the matter in Polish or ask someone to help you translate it.
How to use the generator
- Do not sign the agreement under pressure or without reading it. Check the termination date and the clauses on the reason, leave and final settlement.
- A mutual agreement bypasses protection against dismissal (e.g. pre-retirement protection under Article 39 of the Labour Code), because it is not a notice of termination. Read the guide before you sign.
