Pre-court demand for payment under a mandate, specific-work or B2B contract: generator
When the client or business partner does not pay, the first step is a written demand with a deadline. The generator can also prepare it as a "final pre-court demand for payment", which is useful before filing a claim.
Only your browser processes the data you enter in the form. We do not save it or send it to a server. It disappears when you close the tab.
The document is created in Polish. The letter goes to a Polish authority or employer, and Polish is the official language in Poland (Article 27 of the Constitution). The form and tips are translated, but we generate the letter in Polish. Write your description of the matter in Polish or ask someone to help you translate it.
How to use the generator
- If you worked under a mandate as if you were employed (fixed hours, instructions), check whether the minimum hourly rate was observed; non-payment of it is checked by the PIP.
- In B2B, statutory interest for late payment in commercial transactions is higher than ordinary statutory interest for late payment. The generator uses the ordinary rate; if you want to claim the higher one, edit the text.
