Leave request and leave on demand request: generator
A simple request to the employer: choose the type of leave, enter the dates and download the letter. You report leave on demand at the latest on the day it starts, before work begins.
Only your browser processes the data you enter in the form. We do not save it or send it to a server. It disappears when you close the tab.
The document is created in Polish. The letter goes to a Polish authority or employer, and Polish is the official language in Poland (Article 27 of the Constitution). The form and tips are translated, but we generate the letter in Polish. Write your description of the matter in Polish or ask someone to help you translate it.
How to use the generator
- Annual leave is 20 or 26 days a year (Article 154 of the Labour Code). At least one part of the leave should last 14 consecutive calendar days (Article 162).
