Request for issue or correction of an employment certificate: generator
The employer issues the employment certificate (świadectwo pracy) on the day the contract ends, and you have 14 days from receiving it to request a correction. The generator prepares the right letter.

The document is created in Polish. The letter goes to a Polish authority or employer, and Polish is the official language in Poland (Article 27 of the Constitution). The form and tips are translated, but we generate the letter in Polish. Write your description of the matter in Polish or ask someone to help you translate it.
How to use the generator
- The employment certificate must include, among other things, the period of employment, type of work, method of termination and leave taken. The template and rules are set out in the regulation on employment certificates.
